WebI am experiencing really high ping spikes and latency/connection issues every day during the afternoon from about 1PM-5PM (Pacific time). I've tried everything from restarting my modem, to resetting my modem, to port forwarding for games, and a technician came out and replaced something and said that he thought the issue was resolved.
