Webgoing to say bandos/graardor is the easiest, although if maging you could argue that zam/kril is the easiest due to weakness to fire spells. Bandos can hit 3k (i've been hit 2.8k~3k 4 times in a row before, ended up dying that run) even with tier 90 armor, kree's max hit is 1k or 2k, depending on its combat style used.
